Ms Effie Katsarma is a leading London-based plastic, reconstructive and hand surgeon with over 20 years of experience. She is based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where she specialises in procedures such as abdominal surgery, body contouring, breast augmentation, hand surgery and wrist surgery.
Ms Katsarma qualified at the Aristotle University of Medicine in Greece, before going on to continue her education in the UK. She completed a PhD in London, and qualified with an FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. She also took part in an 18-month clinical fellowship in hand surgery and microsurgery at the Christine Kleinert Institute in the United States.
