From the first visit Mr Drampalos took time to fully understand my injury, how it occurred and - equally critically - how I would be affected personally and professionally during my recovery. Throughout my treatment Mr Drampalos was particularly detailed in his explanation of my recovery to that point and the next steps. His patience with my questions was exemplary. The hospital staff and facilities were all first class. I felt genuinely privileged to have been looked after by Mr Drampalos.
