- Wonderful doctor. Put my daughter at ease straight away, very knowledgeable and reassuring.
- We had a fantastic appointment - Dr Baildam was so nice with us, reassuring and within 45 mins had eased our concerns and had a full diagnosis and treatment plan proposed. Could not have gone better.

When we are under COVID conditions the communication about waiting times has been more complicated. We will try to rectify this as much as we can.
