Mr Bast conducted revision surgery for me following a poor septoplasty procedure undertaken nearly 10 years ago. Mr Bast's approach was pragmatic and respectful, focussing on fixing the structural issues whilst taking a more conservative approach to the aesthetic elements. I really appreciated his transparency and balance when discussing the options available to me, and the time given to making a decision I felt comfortable with. I am incredibly pleased with the results so far.

Booking a septorhinoplasty had been a huge decision, however I met Mr Bast for the first time, I knew straight away that I wanted him to do my surgery. Fantastic service with Florian from start to finish. Had a septoplasty, turbinate reduction and eustacian tube drainage. Was very uncomfortable in first week or so following the operation, he even reached out to me privately on a weekend to check in how I was doing. Fantastic.
