The booking system was not particularly user friendly and the waiting area was rather awkward. The reception lady did not have my completed questionnaire on her system despite it having been completed on the previous day.

Better explanation of where to meet appreciated but would recommend experience whole-heartedly.

Dr. Boyle was practical and efficient. He quickly understood my medical problem and the test results I brought with me, explained his diagnosis, ordered further tests, and - in short - gave me the kind of analysis and plan of action that I wanted.
