Dr Geetha Gandluru

Dr Geetha Gandluru is a consultant paediatric psychiatrist at Harley Mind Care in London. Focusing on children and young peoples up to 18 years old, she specialises in ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD. She has expertise in performing ASD assessments and EMDR therapy.

Dr Gandluru qualified in from Madras Medical College in 1998 and completed psychiatry training on the Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ rotation before undertaking higher specialist training in child and adolescent psychiatry training in the West Midlands. She gained further experience with autism and OCD whilst partaking in the Maudsley training programme. Dr Gandluru was appointed as a consultant in 2014 and partakes in part-time work with Medway Young People’s Wellbeing Service, a part of the North East London Foundation Trust. In addition to her work with her patients, she also provides clinical supervision to medical students from Kent and Medway Medical School.

Dr Gandluru is proficient in the autism diagnostic frameworks, utilising resources such as the Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-R), and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). She takes pride in tailoring treatment for her patients by offering evidence-based methods and collaborating with their families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
