Professor Lack is fantastic - incredibly thorough and methodical, whilst also offering all the reassurance one needs at what can be stressful points in time. Thank you for all your work researching and treating allergies.

Prof. Lack is one of the most knowledgeable in his field. Being under his care at the Allergy Centre of Excellence (ACE) and completing the OIT program he recommended was critical for treating our son’s allergies. As a result, our son’s allergy was reduced such that he can safely consume some of the allergen. Prof Lack’s plan of introducing the other common allergens was key to preventing our son from developing additional allergies. We couldn’t be more thankful.

Have visited Professor Lack twice now for allergy testing for our son and they have been great here. . Professor Lack has been great and has really help ease our minds and concerns for his milk allergy. Highly recommend!!

We just visited Professor’s Lack’s newly opened Allergy Centre to investigate my son’s eczema and allergies. Professor Lack and his team took fantastic care of us and ran through a myriad of tests incredibly swiftly. A real pleasure to be in the care of such an excellent doctor!

I had the privilege of being under Professor Lack’s care at my appointment today. He addressed all of my questions thoroughly, explaining everything in a clear, accessible, and reassuring manner. The new clinic is exceptionally clean and well-organised, and all warm interactions.

Minor suggestion - it's worth making especially clear to patients that the follow up letter will be emailed and not sent in the post.

This Dr came highly recommended but sadly his staff has represented him poorly. It's unfortunate that as a patient our schedules are not considered at all, waited over 2 hours with still no word from the Dr. I'd caution against this practice unless you have nothing to do
