Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour after our appointment time and the waiting room was very hot and stuffy. Also there were no cups available at the water dispenser

Professional & friendly. Mr Biring fully explained the procedure for my Hip Replacement. Great care was given to me throughout the operation and in recovery.

My new hips have transformed my life. It is wonderful to be free of pain, to stand upright and to move at a fast pace again. Thank you Mr Biring I will be forever grateful for your understanding, skill and expertise.

Reason for 3 stars in last question - Condition of Chiltern hospital rooms could be better. Food average. Physios too busy.

He was always friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me excellent care.
