Professional and very kind. The procedure has healed incredibly well and was on stand by when I needed an emergency appointment. Would definitely recommend and made me feel at ease when going through everything!!

My 7 month old son has been under the care of Mr Thorburn since 4 months old to oversee his progress with ‘ear buddies’ (a non invasive pain free procedure to reverse/ prevent prominent ears). Mr Thorburn is one of few consultants specialising in non surgical newborn ear reshaping. I am so impressed with the results, after 3 months of wearing ear buddies my son no longer has prominent ears and will avoid surgery later In life. Mr Thorburn has a lovely bedside manner, highly recommended.

Mr Thorburns knowledge was very good, he recommended scans to confirm the diagnosis before performing surgery. He advised clearly what the outcome would be and what the possible side effects would be. I would recommend him 100%
