Professor Emsley was very considerate, courteous and listened carefully to everything I had to explain to him regarding my situation. He acted quickly and promptly and allayed my concerns and fears with full and considerate explanations. The staff at the hospital helped me to understand procedures and went out of their way to arrange appointments for me. Would definitely recommend the care given.

I only out after I had make the booking that I needed a referral from my GP. This means that I have to engage with my GP surgery which is the reason I tried to go private in the first place
