Review about Mr Hisham Abouzeid

Whilst the care received has been excellent, the arranging of appointments and feedback of results has been terrible. I had to chase to get the appointment for the procedure and have been waiting 23 days for results which should’ve taken 10-12. Emails are not answered and phone calls not made. This is a very poor service.

Mr Abouzeid is, hands down, the best doctor I have ever met in my life. He took all my symptoms, apprehensions and suggestions really seriously. He is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, he is also kind and compassionate and always made me feel heard and safe.

Absolutely over the moon with my surgery =) After having a bad experience with another surgeon and being left in pain for 3 years Mr habouzeid has given me my life back. He is such a lovely man,very attentive and listend and acted accordingly.Thank you. I would highly recommend

I attend the appointment at the hospital , and the doctor was not there , at the reception the lady said that it’s a call appointment which i’m sure i did not book it , and yet if it was the case of recieving a call i did not receive any call . It was a waste of time for me .

This man is absolutely amazing. He is so caring, explains everything and is a brilliant surgeon. I had major surgery in September and he has made me a new woman.
