Very thorough and reassuring

First time visit to see a Ent doctor, wasn’t too sure what to expect. We found Mr Wheatley by good reviews online and easy access to an appointment. The centre was easy to find, staff friendly, waiting room quiet and pleasant. Appointment took 15 mins, we got answers.

Mr. Wheatley gave me a very quick diagnosis which makes complete sense but is in contrast to another private ENT consultant and more in line with Nhs diagnosis. He listened very, very carefully so I was impressed. Good manner

First class service all round, including office staff.

Mr Wheatley answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I felt the care and treatment that I had was excellent especially as I was quite anxious regarding the problem that I have which has been worrying me.
