Review about Mr Inderpaul Birdi

Mr. Birdi was absolutely thorough, professional and efficient. What I appreciated was his frankness yet empathetic manner. Having very severe aortic stenosis that was recently diagnosed, I am naturally quite concerned. Mr. Birdi placed everything into perspective for me. Within days of our meeting, I was far better informed and reassured than what I was after months with the NHS. If you are a concerned NHS patient, don't hesitate. This was money well spent and provided me with peace of mind.

From the moment Zakiya picked up the call I felt I have chosen the right place to be seen at. Mr Birdi was thorough, compassionate and all ears to take in everything I had to explain. I felt unheard and stupid that my pain was in my head but Mr Birdi said he would speak to another doctor to really help me get a diagnosis of what may actually be happening. I couldn’t get home he had already arranged for MRI scan after speaking with this other doctor. Iam very very happy with how I was treated.

I’ve recently had keyhole mitral valve surgery performed by Mr Birdi at the Cromwell hospital. It’s a precarious time when you are faced with imminent heart surgery…I was very fortunate to be able to choose Mr Birdi for my surgery…he is not only a brilliant surgeon but also a kind, caring human being that treated me with incredible professionalism and dignity at a time when I was very vulnerable. His staff in the office and his surgical team are equally impressive.

Having a Heart Attack is obviously quite a stressful experience. Mr Birdi and his team at the Keyhole Clinic were wonderful at putting my mind at feast, and making the whole experience a lot less stressful.

Dr. Birdi is an excellent surgeon, professional, skilled, and compassionate. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure and recovery went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the results. Also a big thank you to his front office staff for all the help they rendered.

Mr Birdi is an absolutely wonderful human being and a brilliant medical practitioner. He put me at my ease immediately. Mr Birdi treated me with respect and compassion, which is exactly what one wants from someone who may be treating you in the future. The clarity with which he speaks is remarkable as even though I am not medically trained, I understood every word of it. I will be seeing Mr. Birdi again in about three months time and I very much look forward to it.

Every step from setting up the initial [virtual] consultation through to organising my operation was handled amazingly well by the team. There were lots of reassuring calls keeping me in touch with all the necessary preparatory steps. A great team effort that couldn't be faulted. The main skills required in a Dr are to listen and advise. Dr Birdi listened and gave me great advise using his vast experience. The team then swung into action to get me booked on in a Nottingham hospital. 4 weeks after the operation I was able to walk 10 miles. Thank you all
