Mr Irfan Jeeva

Mr Irfan Jeeva is a highly skilled oculoplastic surgeon based in Leeds with over 20 years of experience, specialising in a range of advanced procedures including blepharoplasty, eye bag removal and ptosis repair, alongside tear duct surgery, orbital surgery and brow lift surgery. He currently practices at the Yorkshire Skin Clinic and is the Head of Ophthalmology and consultant ophthalmologist at Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust, a position he has held since March 2023. Prior to this, he was a consultant ophthalmologist at Aga Khan University in Karachi from December 2014 to March 2023.

Mr Jeeva's extensive professional experience is complemented by his significant roles in public health and education. He is a Technical Advisor to the World Health Organization (WHO) and a National Committee Member for Eye Health Pakistan. In academia, he served as an Assistant Professor at Aga Khan University, where he was involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of ophthalmologists.

His educational background is equally impressive, holding an Advanced Certificate Level 2 from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, MRCOphth from the Royal College of Ophthalmology, FEBO in Ophthalmology from the European Board of Ophthalmology (2014), and FRCOphth from the Royal College of Ophthalmology (2007-2013). He earned his MBBS from Dow Medical College, University of Karachi in 2001.

Mr. Jeeva is a respected member of the Royal College of Ophthalmology and continues to contribute to the field of oculoplastic surgery through his clinical work, public health initiatives and academic involvement.
