Review about Mr James Neffendorf

Dr Neffendorf has been very professional and has been able to explain all procedures and the processes step by step. I have found him to be caring and helpful to the needs of my eye health. Allowing me to trust him fully.

I recently had cause to visit Mr Neffendorf on multiple occasions (out-patient with one surgery) with regard to an emergency eye condition and I found him to be an outstanding diagnostician and practitioner. Great “bed-side” manner and clearly genuinely cares about his patients.

I saw Dr Neffendorf following a potential concern that my optician had raised. Dr Neffendorf is excellent - following examinations, he explained observations to put my mind at ease. He is professional, considerate & detail oriented. A fantastic Dr that I will use going forward.
