- I hit the jackpot choosing Mr Smith for my laparoscopic cholecystectomy! He was calm, no-nonsense and informative throughout, explaining everything without being patronising and quickly answering all of my silly questions. I had the surgery yesterday and was stunned at how much better I felt than accounts I've heard from other people; my incisions aren't troubling me at all aside from manageable pain and for the first time since diagnosis I feel positive about what comes next. Very happy!
