Excellent ENT consultant. I have seen Professor Ray twice now and have been put at ease by his professional and thoughtful manner

Very friendly & reassuring.

Was sent a reminder for a1.00pm appointment. On arrival was sent to the wrong area. Waited more than an hour. Returned to main reception to be told it was a 2.00pm appointment and was then sent to the right area. Not very impressed with this aspect. Doctor was great however!

I would definitely recommend Professor Ray. He was most professional , making me feel at ease, listening carefully to my condition, examining my ears and suggesting ways forward to treat my hearing loss. He has given me hope that my quality of life can be improved with treatment.

I felt reassured during the entire appointment. He was empathetic towards my worries and has established a plan for the future. He was approachable, and I left feeling satisfied with my financial decision.

More comfortable seating area.

Professor Ray deserves more than five stars! He’s so friendly and approachable, and he made sure to explain everything in a way that made sense to me. It was just my first consultation, but I’m already really happy and feel like I’m finally moving in the right direction

Seemed short staffed as receptionist appeared flustered and snowed under. Waiting area was too hot for me and walls were dull, no artwork. Waited much longer than expected at a private hospital with no apology of Dr running late.
