Review about Dr Joel David

I booked an e-consult over your video chat functionality. However, neither the Doctor nor his secretary was aware of this. ~5mins into the meeting I phoned them to ask why he hadn't appeared. Then they tried to send me a dud Facetime link. In the end I just asked to speak to him on the phone so we didn't waste any more time. So the marks in stars above mostly aren't really relevant. He seemed nice enough but didn't offer any helpful advice about my condition. Will see how next test results go.

My appointments have been on time Dr Joel David was very friendly and very encouraging and my treatment has been good.. I have had excellent treatment from him . I would recommend him to anyone who needed treatment. He was very sympathetic and had an excellent bedside manner. I have been very pleased with the care I have received.

We saw no other clinical staff. The consultant had clearly made his mind up prior to the appointment as to what was wrong with Lizzie and made no attempt to explore anything from a rheumatology point of view.

Dr David is an excellent Consultant, he is most knowledgeable calm, friendly and reassuring in his manner. I have complete trust and confidence in him. He always responds quickly and is very proactive in chasing results, giving advice and passing on information to GP's. I would highly recommend him. Sally, his secretary is easy to talk to very friendly and personable, helpful and efficient. In fact the whole experience at the clinic is extremely pleasurable.
