I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes without any contact from a member of staff. Once in the care of Mr Ferris' team the service was excellent

I was first seen at Cheltenham eye clinic for cataracts after which an appointment was made for me to have IOL’s fitted.My right eye was done first,there was a short rest then my left eye was done.The whole procedure was over in about 30mins.I couldn’t have been in better hands.

Care was efficient, felt safe, thorough, and successful
