My first appointment with Dr. Jonathan was an excellent experience. He was welcoming, patient, and took the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing. His explanations were clear and thoughtful, and he made sure I felt comfortable and fully informed throughout the visi

Whilst in the waiting room, there was someone watching videos on his phone out loud and this was a little disturbing particularly as my appointment was slightly late. this person wasnt even a patient so would recommend that a member of staff would have noticed this.

Very professional with clear explanation of procedure. It would have been helpful to be told of (one week temporary) dark dye mark from the silver nitrate which may prevent you working/socialising for a few days.

Mr. Joseph is brilliant - he has helped to solve an issue that has been plaguing me for several years in very short order (whilst the NHS umed & ered to no avail). He also has a friendly demeanour, being easy to speak to and providing succinct and detailed responses to my queries

My experience with Dr Joseph has been excellent. Before, during and after my operation, all of my questions were answered and he clearly outlined what I should expect. His PA and supporting staff were responsive and understanding throughout. Very happy with the service.

Very straight talking and honest. Leaves one feeling the best was done and was. Gives you all the information and lets you decide what is best for yourself.
