Dr Juan Du is a dynamic and compassionate chartered counselling psychologist and UKCP-accredited integrative psychotherapist based in London. At her private practice, Juan Du Therapy, she provides tailored psychological support for individuals experiencing anger and violence, anxiety (including social anxiety and health-related worry), depression and low mood, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, bereavement, and work-related stress.
Blending Eastern philosophical wisdom with Western psychological principles, Dr Du takes a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. She is the creator of Mindfulness Calligraphy Enhanced Therapy (MCET®), a unique method developed during her doctoral training to address the mental health needs of underrepresented communities. Her innovative practice has earned her the 2020 UKCP Members Research Funding Award and the 2022 BPS Diversity Award. She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, a trained mindfulness teacher through the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) under registration number PYL045459.
