Professor Juan Valle is a medical oncologist based in Manchester where he specialises in cancers of the pancreas, liver, biliary tract and neuroendocrine tumours (NETs). Having been awarded several research grants he has published widely and has presented at many national and international meetings. He is also a peer-reviewer for a number of international medical journals. Professor Valle is internationally recognised for his research on biliary tract cancers which provided the platform for further studies of this disease.
