Dr De Silva has a radar for putting together a great team, everyone I met was friendly, reassuring and happy to help. My procedure could not have gone more smoothly. A great deal of thought has been put into making everything as relaxed and stress free as possible. It could not have been better. I'm so impressed, Dr De Silva is a great surgeon and his team are amazing too.

I had a procedure at The Centre London and my experience was very positive. Dr De Silva and his team were extremely professional, supportive and made me feel well cared for throughout. I also had lymphatic drainage massage as part of my aftercare by nurse Luci, which helped reduce swelling and made recovery much more comfortable. Luci was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received and would recommend The Centre London to others.

Dr De Silver is a Master of his craft . He is also very understanding ,caring and empathetic.His team are a credit to him and show the same qualities. The procedures I had done were a brow lift with a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift also CO2 lazer.. My aftercare treatments were fantastic,Oxygen therapy, Red light treatment and a wonderful lymphatic massage by nurse Luci which helped move some swelling . It’s only 3weeks post operation but all ready I can see great results . Thank you to the team.

As part of my recovery from a face and necklift, I have been having LED, hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic facial massage which has literally turbo charged my recovery. The massage, by Luci, has been the real game changer and it's so relaxing you just drift off as she gently strokes away the fluid that causes swelling. I was puffy for days and yesterday afterwards I looked and felt 100% better and more contoured which really boosts morale while everything is healing. 100% recommended!

Possibly consider allowing one patient who has received surgery to speak to another client about their impending surgery of a similar nature, provided both parties are agreeable.

In Jan'26 I had surgery at The Centre. I received excellent care from Dr De Silva's whole team. Front of House Shanea and Mags are efficient and kind. Pre/post- operatively I was given time and expert/proffessional care from Dr's DeSilva and Botha (Anaesthetist) and nurses Luci, Jordana and Jurga. I chose Dr De Silva has he had previously carried out surgery on my daughter and decided then that if i ever chose to have a procedure done then there would be no other choice. From start to finish the whole experience has been superb. The results fantastic and didn't need to use the pain killers that were prescribed for me. A big big thank you to the whole team.
