Review about Mr Juling Ong

Dr Ong is genuinely remarkable. I chose him for my procedure because of his work in humanitarian aid and with children, so I expected him to be caring, patient, empathetic, and meticulous in his approach. These qualities are evident during the consultation and pre/post-procedure.

My son received a very high level of care and treatment and was dealt with quickly.

Besides being expertly skilled in his field (was able to address a fairly rare condition), Dr Ong's bedside manner & emotional intelligence were exemplary. Always led with integrity & genuine patient care & his staff were equally as wonderful (pre & post op). Highly recommend!

Dr. Ong provided outstanding care and patience with my young daughter. The staff was equally supportive even making sure I was ok. In the end Dr. Ong performed the outpatient surgery with me in the table and my daughter on me and achieved flawless results. Totally above & beyond.

My 16 year old daughter has recently had a two phased procedure with Mr Ong. He was very kind, professional and calm, explaining at all times what was going to happen. Nurses were really lovely and encouraging. Very happy with the result post surgery and my daughter is delighted.
