Review about Mr Kristo Papa

My experience with Dr. Kristo Papa and Papa Medical Clinic was nothing short of a complete scam. I paid for a consultation and services that were promised to me, but none of them were delivered. I was told I would be contacted with results and for a follow-up consultation — that never happened. I tried multiple times to reach Dr. Papa, but he completely ignored my calls. His assistant answered the phone with zero professionalism and total disrespect, forgetting that I am a paying patient who deserves proper service. This is a blatant abuse of patient trust and a serious lack of medical ethics. I strongly warn anyone considering this clinic — be extremely cautious. The service is irresponsible, the communication is awful, and worst of all, they took my money without providing what was promised. I am demanding a full refund, and I will continue to share my negative experience on every platform possible until I receive fair treatment. Përvoja ime me Dr. Kristo Papa dhe Papa Medical Clinic ishte një mashtrim i pastër. Kam paguar për një vizitë dhe disa shërbime që më janë premtuar, por asnjë prej tyre nuk u realizua. Pasi mora shërbimin fillestar, u lajmërova se do më kontaktonin për rezultate dhe konsultim të mëtejshëm – gjë që nuk ndodhi kurrë. Kam tentuar disa herë të lidhem me doktorin, por ai nuk më është përgjigjur. Asistentja e tij më është përgjigjur me mungesë totale respekti, duke harruar që unë jam pacient dhe kam paguar me para të vërteta për një shërbim që s’më është ofruar. Ky është abuzim me besimin e pacientëve dhe shkelje e etikës mjekësore. I bëj thirrje kujtdo që po mendon të marrë shërbime këtu – tregohuni shumë të kujdesshëm. Shërbimi është i papërgjegjshëm, komunikimi i tmerrshëm dhe, mbi të gjitha, po flasim për marrje parash pa kthim shërbimi. Kërkoj rimbursim të plotë dhe do vazhdoj ta ndaj përvojën time negative në çdo platformë të mundshme derisa të trajtohem me drejtësi.
