Booked appoint for 3 o’clock and received confirmation and message to confirm. When we arrived we were advised it was 4 o’clock. Apart from long waiting time the experience was great. Doctor was great

He is excellent in both diagnosing and providing treatment as well as treating me as a patient!

Very worthwhile appointment

Booked appointment in advance, turned up and my booking wasn’t in their system. I had travelled almost two hours away so had to wait a few more hours to be seen. Hospital was brilliant, but booking it was very poor.

Courteous, businesslike and empathetic, Dr Atkin made excellent use of the time available to investigate my background and symptoms, ending with a detailed plan for action in conjunction with my GP, followed promptly by a comprehensive report specifying the further tests required
