Dr.Balogun is a kind, compassionate doctor. I came to her not knowing how to diagnose what was happening to my hair or who to see. She quickly informed me what was happening. I'm now on a course of medications. My hair has improved greatly.

I spent months trying to resolve my hair loss through the NHS. They spent months delaying treatment on tests all while my hair continued to fall out. Dr Balogun has been terrific. As well as reassuring me we began treatment immediately and my hair has begun to return. Very happy!

I have rated waiting time as 3 because I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I believe this was because the equipment was not working which I understand happens however no one communicated this to me to ease my frustration of having to wait.

Dr.Balogun is very personable. She listens to my concerns & worries, not only about my lack of hair. I wish I had known about her before I had my hair transplant. I am responding well to my treatment & have noticed an improvement after only 2 months.
