Professor Mark Davenport is a leading London consultant paediatric surgeon, specialising in neonatal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and surgical malformations of the chest and abdomen in children. Professor Davenport is the only professor in paediatric surgery in London, a position he was awarded in 2009. He has an extensive career across London clinics and hospitals, with over 20 years experience at King's College Hospital London. He is the UK editor of the Journal of Paediatric Surgery, and the president of the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons (BAPS), a position he has held since 2016.
