An excellent service

I have been under the care of Dr Mark Hill since being diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer in March 2019, following chemotherapy under Marks excellent care and cytoreductive surgery at Basingstoke. Mark has and still remains a constant source of professional support and guidance, he always listens, supports and reassures in just the right measures, in him I have put my trust and confidence and he has supported me and my family throughout my journey, I would thoroughly recommend Dr Hill.

Always an excellent meeting with Dr Hill and my nurse. He has been my oncologist for 6 years and the care from him and the team has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr Hill.

Dr Hill has seen me through to two years in remission following a stage four cancer diagnosis. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is plain speaking and explains complicated medical terms and procedures in simple layman's terms and gives good advice.

Excellent support and care from the beginning it’s been nearly five years of treatment and checks and I can only say thank you very much.

He is always approachable, takes time to listen, and explains things clearly. I would recommend Dr Hill to anyone. He seems like a genuinely nice guy and approaches meetings I have had with him calmly, professionally but also personally. He tells me what I need to know and pitches the level of detail to what I want. Also Genesis Care (where I have seen Dr Hill) is a genuinely nice place which feels very caring and supportive.

My oncologist Dr Mark Hill provides me with outstanding care. He has explained every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions and showed genuine compassion throughout my treatment. His professionalism and empathy made a challenging journey far more manageable. I cannot thank him enough.

Dr Mark Hill continues to be a first class consultant. His no nonsense approach to diagnosis and treatment has been exactly as required. Friendly and competent 'bedside manner'.

I found dr hill very pleasant and a really knowledgable dr in the field he took me through the complications that I’ve been having and explained them all in my language and made sure I knew what they meant. He understood the needs of my self and my wife and was courteous and had no feeling of rushing us. He waited until I had finished my questions and provided all the answers and some.
