Mr Latimer has a warm, friendly, yet professional manner. He treated my 7 y/o daughter with respect, speaking to her in an age-appropriate way, allowing her time to ask questions & offering reassurance at every stage of treatment. We received exemplary care from Mr Latimer.

Not sure it’s honest when stars are already done for you. Overall we were very pleased with the outcome of our appointment. Mr Latimer took the time to speak to my daughter rather than just me answering all the questions. She now feels reassured that someone is finally listening.
