- Mr Goddard was excellent throughout my appointment. His communication was clear, friendly, and reassuring, which instantly made me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain everything in a simple, easy‑to‑understand way, ensuring I always knew what was happening. Overall, a really positive experience — highly recommended.
- Dr Goddard was very friendly and listened to all my concerns without hurrying me. He treated me well and has helped me with my knee pain
- Very friendly, takes the trouble to get to know the patient and their interests, and provides a lot of information so that the patient can make an informed choice. I have recommended Mr Goddard to others.
- Mr Goddard demonstrated exceptional experience and professionalism. He is very approachable and has excellent communication skills, explaining my options and associated risks clearly and in detail, answering my questions with patience and empathy. His approach made me feel comfortable and well informed. I would highly recommend him.
- I was struggling with my current physio as I was getting nowhere, and he recommended a very good one (I could see the difference straight away). He also found one leg longer than the other (within the range), and recommended a podiatrist, who I'm going to see this week, no doubt they will be very good. He gave me all possible options, which eventually I should've gone through, fortunately anti-inflammatory tablets and good physio routine solved my issue. He sorted me out.
- Dr. Goddard was excellent. I would highly recommend him.
- Martin and his team have been exemplary. Very friendly, clear and concise with required treatments, expected outcomes and potential risks. Would highly recommend Martin & team (even if he is a Sarries fan).
