I had the worst experience with Mr Mathias Winkler. He subscribed a medicine which was not effective, I did so many unnecessary expensive tests; he didn't even call me to discuss tests results. I ended up visiting another doctor.

I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your care. This is very unusual. I am a very thorough clinician and while you may think the tests were not necessary they may have been recommended to guide treatment and provide reassurance even if they were all negative. All my patients are offered a telephone follow up appointment but without more information I am unable to make follow up arrangements. I still hope your problems were sorted out be my colleague.
