Review about Mr Navin Furtado

I underwent cervical disc surgery after suffering from neck pain for many years. When I visited the doctor, his main goal was to relieve my pain and restore my quality of life. He explained the need for surgery with clear logic, patience, and professionalism. Although I was hesitant and initially refused, he continued to support me and treated my condition in the most appropriate way. I am truly grateful for his care, dedication, and expertise, which helped me regain comfort and peace of mind.

Very good service, waiting time was almost non existent. Doctor gave very good advice and options for next steps to assist me in my recovery. Thank you so much for the help!

I would definitely recommend Dr Furtado, he is a pleasant, knowledgeable and professional neurosurgeon. he explained all scans/options for treatment thoroughly. I underwent an ACDF multi level operation. I am now pain free and will be forever grateful to Dr Furtado/his team.

I've had an e-consultation with Mr Furtado and he explained the MRI findings very clearly and provided me with different options to move forward. He was very responsive in follow-up questions I had and in general he was very knowledgable, friendly, and approachable.

Slightly frustrated by the IT crash which prevented a same day MRI opportunity but hey, technology at its best. Am hoping to be contacted soon with an alternative opportunity for said scan.

I had a surgery with Mr Furtardo which did not resolve the issue and unfortunately Mr Furtardo has been disagreeing with the scan reports and dismissing the cause of my pain. His secretary has been ignoring my communications for follow up appointments. Highly disappointed.
