- Both Mr. Hooper & his assistant were kind & informative throughout my appointment. When I had issues following that appointment, Mr. Hoopers Secretary helped immediately & followed through on all she needed to do in. pleasant & helpful manner.
- Everything excellent. Staff helpful and polite and I was seen punctually - a bit ahead of appointment time in fact. Mr Hooper was very understanding and gave me a lot of useful advice. He was kind and empathetic. I came away feeling very positive and greatly appreciated having the benefit of his expertise and experience
- Very helpful, friendly Consultant who has treated me for several years and recently performed my prolapse operation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Hooper.
- On arriving Mr Hooper took a good history, he listened and asked relevant questions. He was very pleasant and made you feel as ease. We then discussed options which ended up non medical as it happened, taking my best interest into consideration. I was very pleased with the outcome. Staff were all helpful and friendly. My appointment was on time having arrived early I was able to take advantage of the little cafe which along with the waiting area was very comfortable.
