Mr Sutton was excellent all round. From initial consultation through to 6 week postoperative review he was honest about the implications of total knee replacement and his advice on what to do and what not to do for the best possible outcome was invaluable. He is an expert!

He explained everything in plain English and answered all my questions in a relaxed & easily understood way . I felt I was given ample time and the consultation wasn’t rushed & I was given a clear explanation of what was necessary .

Expectations fully met. I was completely reassured about the condition of my knee and received helpful recommendations for further action. Thank you.

Mr Sutton was running late as a patient had been booked he wasn’t aware of , subsequently I was seen 35 minutes after my appointment time and then he proceeded to take a call on his mobile phone . I felt slightly rushed during whole consultation unfortunately,

Mr Sutton took a great deal of time explaining my condition, drawing diagrams and helping me to understand the best course of treatment for me. I left the appointment with a greater knowledge of how to manage my symptoms and to consider my future care.
