Its always difficult choosing a specialist, but as luck would have it, i hit jackpot with Paul Tomlins, would certainly recommend him, he was thorough, informative and reassuring , I couldn't have asked for more.

I was able to get an appointment extremely quickly and the process was very easy. Mr Tomlins assessed my eye conditions and was able to reassure me of the best course of actions. I felt confident in the advice given and Mr Tomlins was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Not a lot to add. I had to wait 15mins which is rather better than the 90mins I waited last time I saw Mr Tomlins as an NHS patient.

Paul is a knowledgeable and skilled consultant surgeon. He explains everything with great empathy in a professional manner. He will only recommend procedures where there is a need. His approach is patient centred and he keeps fully up to date with all developments.

Good manner, friendly, no nonsense but talks about the topics to the depth which you may wish to discuss it to without dumbing it down
