Doctor Mitra was very reassuring. He explained clearly what he was going to do and why. Once the results were received he gave me an explanation in layman's terms that I was able to understand.

I visited Dr Mitra at the Royal Glamorgan NHS Hospital. He is such a polite person, with an excellent manor, he made me feel very comfortable as his patient. One of the things that stands Dr Mitra apart is that he is willing to listen to the patient's opinion. Excellent Doctor!

Reception staff: one was very loud and was talking about her family, relatives, weekend activities to her colleague and did appear to be the soul of discretion for herself or anyone else. Had to give name, dob, address and nok name and phone number in quite a public area
