Mr Robert Milligan is a leading consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne who specialises in the treatment of breast lumps and breast cancer with complex breast conservation surgery and reconstruction whenever possible, using partial breast reconstruction and breast reduction techniques.
