Excellent all round and pleased I was able to have scans on the day at the Cromwell

Couldn't see Mr Cartwright as the secretary called me to say they don't accept Top Doctors bookings, it's only a way to keep in touch. Other appointments were not suitable or available. I was stressed and furious as needed a second opinion for an operation.

Mr.Cartwright’s patience and care in ensuring I was comfortable and happy with any conclusions we reached was exemplary. He was proactive and efficient in scheduling the follow up appointments he deemed appropriate and was kind enough to keep me updated as soon as he got results.
