I can’t fault my experience at the Nuffield Brentwood. Mr Agrawal was kind and friendly and efficient. He gave clear explanations and treated me well. All the nurses and the anaesthetist were great too. The care and after care was also very good.

Suggestions would be: • Have own fridge in the rooms. •I felt like the rehab team for post op were good overall but there was one nurse that was a little rough for my liking.
