A thoroughly reassuring Consultation. Put my Mind at rest and gave me a clear and well explained opinion and path forward. I fully understood his Diagnosis and his take on my Symptoms and likely outcomes. I am rest assured that I am now on the correct programme.

Excellent communications and Dr Burgess made considerable effort to get me an appointment that suited and arranged an Echocardiogram at short notice. Facility was excellent - easy to find and friendly staff. Dr Burgess was very through and explained everything well

I am happy that I decide to see Dr Malcolm Burgess, he is very good specialist and nice as a person. Staff is really helpful.

The most comprehensive and professional consultation I have ever had. Obviously a Cardiologist will know his stuff, but Dr Burgess had a very methodical approach and impressive in depth knowledge. I would highly recommend him. The other clinic staff were lovely too.

Mr Burgess spent some time explaining the procedure , the options and risks. He provided reassurance throughout. He continued, during the tests , to explain what was happening and what they had found. I cannot speak highly enough of him, and his colleague

Clinic ran slightly behind but reception were lovely and kept me company and made me a drink. Dr burgess was thorough and listened to my concerns and what I needed help with and I'm happy with the outcome. Thank you

Many thanks for the positive feedback and the comments about the ECG machine. Yes, we did face a challenge getting a good quality trace. There are many factors that can contribute to this. We will reflect on the situation and see what can be done to reduce the chances of similar issues arising in the future. I'm pleased that this aspect didn't have a detrimental impact on our ability to make an accurate diagnosis.

Communication is very good. He fully explaines the reasons for scans, Proceedures and medication. He has an excellent team of dedicated staff in Cardiology.
