Would thoroughly recommend Mr Plaha. He was so very kind and reassuring. The whole experience from referral to discharge has been extremely positive. A special mention has to go to the HCAs and Charge Nurse on the day of my procedure who were just so kind, caring and thoughtful.

The service received was of the highest quality. Mr Thomas took time to not only explain what was needed but to listen and take on board worries I had about a pre exsisting condition, the affect of the operation on that. I felt included and able to make the right choice for me.
