Mr Pepper removed our son’s adenoids and tonsils at the Portland Hospital. He is an excellent doctor who helps the parents feel at ease. The general anaesthesia part was handled perfectly by his anaesthetist. The nurses were great, keeping us informed and looking after our son.

Our daughter recently had her adenoids taken out and grommets put in. Dr Pepper was wonderful throughout. He came to see us shortly before the operation to talk us through the procedure and make sure we understood everything. We felt in safe hands throughout! Portland great too.

Brilliant consultant - instantly put both myself and 4 year old at ease. We saw Dr Pepper for a second opinion after our first ENT let us down and grateful we did so, as he spotted and diagnosed a secondary ear issue. Limited wait times from consultation to surgery in a few weeks

Yes. We are grateful that a modern procedure like coblation intracapsular tonsillectomy is offered by Christopher Pepper. It was not available in the Netherlands so we traveled to London for this procedure. The doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

We saw Chris with regards to our 7 month old son's obstructive sleep apnea. After being dismissed by so many doctors, even our local ENT team, it was such a relief to meet someone so knowledgeable. Although our son's condition was quite serious we have never had anything but complete confidence in Chris's diagnosis and treatment. His manner at all times is open and professional. He has always been immediately contactable with any concerns or questions, even when on holiday he checked in to see how are son was after surgery. He has been wonderful with our son and we are forever grateful.

Mr Pepper has operated on our daughter twice for different conditions. Both times his clear diagnosis, extremely friendly and calm nature with our daughter (aged 2 and 5 at the time), and the smoothness of the procedures shone through. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Phenomenally professional, attentive, down-to-earth and welcoming: put our 17 month old at ease immediately (which is not easy!). Rightly reluctant to recommend surgery unless necessary, but I would have absolute confidence if an operation was necessary.

My daughter was suffering from tonsillitis and ear ache for over a week. Mr Pepper saw at once that she had a secondary infection which could have put her in hospital. His advice to treat it saw the pain subside within 24 hours. He is efficient, caring & after care is exceptional

Dr Pepper was amazing with my 4 yrs old boy who was frightened of doctors and now keeps asking whether we can see Dr Pepper again! He explained well the procedure’s details, introduced brilliant team in the theatre and followed up on my son’s wellbeing!

Everything was great (Chris especially) with one exception - the process at the Portland hospital for getting into the building seemed quite clunky; lots of last minute paperwork, big queues. Hospital shld improve the process, and maybe send (digital?) forms to people in advance
