Mr Pepper removed our son’s adenoids and tonsils at the Portland Hospital. He is an excellent doctor who helps the parents feel at ease. The general anaesthesia part was handled perfectly by his anaesthetist. The nurses were great, keeping us informed and looking after our son.

Yes. We are grateful that a modern procedure like coblation intracapsular tonsillectomy is offered by Christopher Pepper. It was not available in the Netherlands so we traveled to London for this procedure. The doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

Phenomenally professional, attentive, down-to-earth and welcoming: put our 17 month old at ease immediately (which is not easy!). Rightly reluctant to recommend surgery unless necessary, but I would have absolute confidence if an operation was necessary.

Mr Pepper has treated both my 14 month old and 4 year old. He has consistently provided patient centred fantastic care. He was particularly sensitive in supporting my anxious 4year old to have necessary surgery in a calm way. We would highly recommend his care.

It was lovely to see Mr Pepper yesterday and he was very engaging with Jack, rather than just talking to me. He explained everything to me and was very approachable. I had to wait an extra 20minutes to see him but he did come out to let me know he would see us soon.
