I thoroughly recommend Dr Sarah Al Sawy-Davies. She has helped me so much with my anxiety. She listens very well & helps you identify your issues without telling you what they are. Although it’s still work in progress she has managed to give me tools to help myself.

Excellent clinical therapist who I have worked with for over 2.5 years. Really took an interest in me as an individual, with my personal needs. Sarah listened & explored my insecure attachment style and personal traumatic experiences, in order to heal from them.

Sarah was so gentle and considerate of my very fragile state when our sessions started. With her help I’ve been able to unpick and uncover a lot of trauma. It’s helped me understand myself better and I’m starting to use it to better my choices and therefore my life.

I've been to many therapists in the past and I've never met any that were able to help me in the way that Dr. Sarah was able to. She's incredible at what she does and a very skilled Clinical Psychologist. I'd recommend to anyone!
