Excellent clinical therapist who I have worked with for over 2.5 years. Really took an interest in me as an individual, with my personal needs. Sarah listened & explored my insecure attachment style and personal traumatic experiences, in order to heal from them.

Sarah was so gentle and considerate of my very fragile state when our sessions started. With her help I’ve been able to unpick and uncover a lot of trauma. It’s helped me understand myself better and I’m starting to use it to better my choices and therefore my life.
