Mr Nimish Shah is an experienced consultant urologist, based in Cambridge. He is an expert in treating benign prostate enlargement and endourology, which is the treatment of several urological conditions with endoscopic laser treatment and minimally-invasive surgery. He has more than 20 years of medical experience and has been a consultant at Addenbrookes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since 2004.

Mr Shah is also experienced in managing renal stones, laparoscopic surgery for benign and malignant kidney disease, as well as robotic surgery for treating prostate cancer. In fact, Mr Shah performs over 100 robotic-assisted prostatectomies every year. He has been performing robotic surgery since 2006 and is the lead robotic surgeon in Cambridge and head of the urology department.
