Failure to thrive in infants: Is recovery possible?
Failure to thrive (FTT), or faltering growth, is a sign that a child is not receiving or absorbing enough nutrition, or that an underlying medical condition is affecting growth. However, recovery is often possible, especially when the cause is identified early and managed appropriately.
