Dr Ian Balfour-Lynn is a paediatric respiratory consultant in London, who specialises in all aspects of respiratory medicine, including severe asthma, cystic fibrosis, recurrent chest infections and severe infant wheezing.

He has been a consultant at the Royal Brompton Hospital since 1997 and works in one of the UK’s premier paediatric respiratory units, situated within one of the largest UK postgraduate specialist heart and lung centres. Dr Balfour-Lynn is also a consultant at the Hospital of Saint John and Saint Elizabeth and an adjunct reader at Imperial College School of Medicine.
