Butt thread lift specialists in Central London

London Medical and Aesthetic Clinic is a long-established private medical and cosmetic practice located in central London’s prestigious Manchester Square, housed in the elegant Milner House. Founded in 2004 by Mr Ayham Al‑Ayoubi, an accomplished aesthetic surgeon, the clinic has earned a reputation for combining traditional surgical expertise with modern aesthetic techniques. Initially based on Harley Street, a world-renowned hub for medical specialists, the clinic relocated to its current premises to provide an integrated, high-quality service environment. The clinic emphasises treating aesthetic medicine as both a science and an art, prioritising outcomes that enhance natural beauty rather than create dramatic alterations. Each patient receives a tailored consultation and treatment plan, ensuring procedures align closely with individual goals. This approach emphasizes continuity of care, with the same medical team overseeing the process from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.Services at London Medical and Aesthetic Clinic span both surgical and non-surgical procedures. Surgical offerings include body contouring and fat removal techniques, ranging from laser-assisted systems to traditional liposuction methods, as well as abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedures. Non-surgical treatments cover injectables like wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers, collagen-stimulating therapies, advanced laser resurfacing, chemical peels, thread lifts, and laser hair removal. This comprehensive range allows the clinic to address diverse cosmetic needs under one roof. The founder, Mr Al‑Ayoubi, is widely recognised for introducing several advanced aesthetic technologies to the UK market. Over his career, he has helped refine popular procedures, including Smartlipo and collagen-stimulating treatments, into safe and effective offerings. The clinic’s focus on medically led procedures ensures patient safety and high-quality outcomes, giving clients confidence in the expertise behind each treatment.Patient feedback reflects mostly positive experiences. Many clients highlight the professionalism, attentiveness, and clear communication of the staff, as well as natural-looking, confidence-boosting results. Patients frequently appreciate the thorough consultations and ongoing support during the recovery process. However, a small number note challenges with scheduling or communication, indicating that experiences can vary and careful discussion during consultations is important. The clinic is also registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring adherence to UK standards for safety, hygiene, and clinical governance. This regulatory oversight, together with its central London location and multidisciplinary team, positions London Medical and Aesthetic Clinic as a reputable and recognised option in the competitive landscape of UK aesthetic medicine and cosmetic surgery.
